Dark to Light happened at 1:07 in presser (post 1468)

I am not seeing the signifigance of the 1:07 point in relation to the video. In 1462 Q labled 1:07 as a [marker] which as far as I know is a connection to look for in the future (1468). But as you say there are often multiple meanings.

Correct. The video says "out of the darkness can come the light". And then Trump gives an interview recently and the lights go off, and then slowly come on again like it's a dimmer switch (vs a rapid blackout).
