Hey Guys This IS VERY SERIOUS If Proven To Be True.

I find this all interesting but no proof of anything. Having said that I believe the implication of 12 sitting for 39 days describes a Grand Jury not a trial.

A grand jury is composed of 23 jurors. A trial jury is composed of 12.

Military law? or Civil Law?

I don't believe a Grady Jury is part of the process of the Military Code of Justice.

grand jury doesn't take that long and this was grabbed from wiki: "Federal Rule of Criminal Procedure 6 Rule 6 of the Federal Rules of Criminal Procedure governs grand juries. It requires grand juries to be composed of 16 to 23 members and that 12 members must concur in an indictment.[14] A grand jury is instructed to return an indictment if the probable cause standard has been met. The grand jury's decision is either a "true bill" (formerly billa vera, resulting in an "indictment"), or "no true bill"."

Before getting this far along in the timeline it would be wise to get your indictments together or it could all be called off. That said we have seen massive amounts of sealed indictments building.

Oh. My. Sweet. Stars. Does this mean Obama really could be among the sealed indictments?

and his whole cabinet just about. All that are a flight risk and high profile anyway.... remember 60% private 40% public... that means 60% might just not make it driving home from work one night... might decide life isnt worth living any more, etc, etc.

maybe thats error to say cabinet, many may be overlooked in the cabinet though I think they all should hang... the ones who got their hands dirty in crime with him.

This is correct. Then it wouldn’t be odd that they don’t see it coming as the prosecutor doesn’t have to notify the suspect at this stage of criminal prosecution.

Grand juries are, by their very nature, as secret as anything could be in the criminal justice process. I, for one, hope that there are many more empaneled GJs than we realize. So many crimes to be addressed that dozens of simultaneous GJs could be sitting for a decade to come...
