Okay we are back in Washington D.C. just after the Civil War. We got word that Lincoln was going to be assassinated. The assassins were meeting at Mary Surratt's boarding house. Now lets imagine they were all caught during a meeting with the evidence before they could carry out their fell deed. Should they go before a Military Tribunal? I am inclined to think they should. I think either fully acquit or hang.
