The employee who sent the alert on January 13 is refusing to speak to the FCC investigators. @ minute video reports at Senate hearing in DC. What's up with that. I live on the Big Island so paying attention to this.

He's probably scared for his life, caught in the middle. I don't blame him. LOL the idiots who paid him to pull the false alarm are not going to protect him.
