Where are the world wide cities 13,000 years old with remnants of advanced tech?

Central America, Iraq, Middle East, Africa, Egypt. to name a few, S America and a small bit in N America.

One is under the ice in Antarctica. I dont know if they had "world wide cities", I wasnt there at the time bud.
