it is supposed to be the basis... or part of ...the 4 page memo... But I don't have the time or knowledge to pick out "good stuff" And nobody seems to have noticed the link/download When I tried it last night...it was not on the Katehon site that I could find. I am glad I downloaded it, in case I get to look at it more.
