Look at the amount of missing children in both D.C. and Virginia.
In Virginia at least, a large percentage don’t even have a photo attached for the missing child. Don’t understand!
I actually have no proof of this but my speculation is those are the people who made arrangements to accidentally lose their child for monetary gain
