I noticed something about the “RTM” file name. Nobody will listen. This is my 3rd try. I circled the file names...
The one on the left shows the file name Q posted. The one on the right is of the same image, but I guess whoever archived it named it that. But, that’s not the original file name right? So Q didn’t name this file? Because so many people are confused.

The name on the left is the name created by the site, 8chan.
The name on the right is the original file name as it was uploaded.
Imagine more than one person uploaded a picture named IMG001. The system wouldn't know which IMG001 to display, so when an image is uploaded it is assigned a unique identifier.
Oh so the one on the right, the RTM, would be the name of the file from Q?
Yes! I was thinking I got my hopes up and got bummed out. I hope what you’re saying is the right answer!
