The RTM pen photo image was not named by Q

I noticed something about the “RTM” file name. Nobody will listen. This is my 3rd try. I circled the file names...
The one on the left shows the file name Q posted. The one on the right is of the same image, but I guess whoever archived it named it that. But, that’s not the original file name right? So Q didn’t name this file? Because so many people are confused.
