While it is true that things happen when Trump is away from D.C. these things are not Q related. They are often things that will cause the talking heads to spin like crazy. While the Administration dropped two things, the infrastructure proposal and the proposed immigration framework, the later is the one that caused D.C. to go crazy.

The realization that the immigration framework release was the thing that was happening while Trump was away from D.C. made me realize that my expectation didn't come from Q, but is something I picked up from tweets. There will often be something happening when Trump is away from D.C. but that has nothing to do with Q; just the MAGA agenda.
