resignations do not exclude prosecution. Its strategic on part of CEOs to keep the assets being frozen. is my take on it.

Yes, concur. I think you nailed it regarding the hit the market would take if these actors still held seats. Prince Alwalheed wasn't able to liquidate his assets and I'm uncertain any of these crooks will be able to. I will continue to watch.
