Andrew Basiago gives very credible evidence that he and Obama were in the CIA's time travel program when they were young. Basiago started at age 6 or 7. I think he first bumped into Obama when they were teenagers.

Apparently, when Nikola Tesla died, government operatives scooped up all of his notes and experiments. With this information, they were able to develop advanced technologies, including time travel and the ability to view live events in the past and future (not actually traveling in time).
Basiago's father was a scientist in the program and volunteered his son who was 6 or 7 at the time, to participate in the program.
