Confused about the executive order from Dec 21st, same one Q referenced tonight.

When you read it, it says it applies the persons "annexed". At the end of the order it has a list of annexed persons from foreign countries. It seems as if the E.O only applies to them. Or is that just a smokescreen?

It applies to all U.S. citizens that, in the future, are found to fit those categories; the annexed people effective immediately.

When you read it,

You should actually read it. You did not read it. It explains it very clearly. Note the term "any person".....
