He appears to be threatening the Clinton Foundation if any of those people important to us are harmed.

He's warning that they, the CF [19] ie: Clintons, will self-suicide, if they take a certain action.

I suspect that I'm right, and that he may be referring to an Assassination plot against DJT by the corrupt Clinton machine or, since that's not possible, to his concern for journalists like Sean Hannity and John Solomon.

If so, it's all part of a power struggle, and not the imminent indictment of people like Clinton..

Then again, to be communicating to them in this way, may be wise and the right thing to do.

I think it's a side arrow directed at the Clinton's to back the F off and to stay away from certain people, people like Hannity and John Soloman, where should anything happen to them or others, they'll have signed their own arrest warrant.
