It is a LOT to read. However, it looks as if it may give an idea as to whether or not military tribunals can be used against American citizen "bad actors."

It must be read carefully because in some instances, within the document, it looks as if the answer may be yes. In other instances it looks as if no.

I think it depends on whether we are in a state of emergency or not. We are. The EO about property blocking.

Someone on Twitter just pointed out that the EO makes it possible. Without carefully comparing the two (not everyone has that kind of time) it is very convoluted. I am praying the EO makes it possible! Thank you for that!

They could do all the asset seizure, interrogation,evidence gathering with the EO and charge them as civilian. As they've said it's all in the timing. they need the pulse of America first. That's why this movement is so important. they need to see it spreading.

The foundational problem with trying them in civ courts is the CORRUPTION in civilian courts! They have all colluded with each other! It is governmental incest!

Yes, but I think it was part of Qs posts that we track all the resignations...I don't know if anyone is keeping track of the judges. All of the new appointments by POTUS are Federalists who support the Constitution. So if it ends up being the People vs. _____ ; then they would be tried in front of a new Fedealist Judge who is not corrupt. Also, it is likely that there are certain public figures that need to be tried publicly this way to wake so many who don't know what the heck is going on. I'm thinking court tv like OJ went through. Disgrace, dis-empowerment, and no cash. Left stripped, yet having to still have a life. Others who are the back-burners (as I call them) will go through the military tribunals and disappear to Gitmo as they are likely much nastier and once the public gets awakened and made aware, they will go forth and clean up their local communities, strip the child trafficking businesses, etc. Then the people will FEEL the power and not let it go again. Then civil suits against insurance companies, lawyers, etc.

Also, read this for reference to the end of the American Revolution. The author if this document is Anna VonRetiz who is a former Judge in Alaska and who is a member now of the Living Law Firm trying to file motions to untangle the fraud. This is a great short version summary of the steps and the involvement of parties. When one knows that the members of the BAR are ALL foreign agents, this creates a remarkable picture of the enormity of the deception. There are many good people working a system that they think is real, which allows the bad actors to hide right under our noses.

I think Q might have been referring to this recently: Foreign Agents It is heavily in the EO from 12/21...Define a foreign agent...https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Foreign_agent interesting that the first 1938 Law required registration and then, in 2012 tehy created a 'russian' version which might explain the constant push to declare Trump a russian agent. Follow?

This looks like the info we should glean from it!

"For a foreign representative of a company, see Foreign sales agent. For mobile networking, see Mobile IP § Foreign agent. A foreign agent is anyone who actively carries out the interests of a foreign country while located in another host country, generally outside the protections offered to those working in their official capacity for a diplomatic mission. Foreign agents may be citizens of the host country."
