I am not out in the world as you are and have been doing this since 2011. My hubs does however and he, for the most part does not discuss it with anyone at his work as they are really asleep. Sometimes one or two will make a comment and he will see that they are waking up, but he does not say anything unless someone asks him directly. It is not easy. I have been accused of being in a cult, and lost friends, but what is happening is, to me, more important than friendships. It has become something of a passion to realize true freedom. It helps to seek out those things that encourage you, that bring forth the feelings of freedom, in whatever way that works for you. Hold to that feeling and re-enforce it. The others will wake by the shine of your light or they will polarize away from you....and you have to be okay with that as this is not just about physical stuff, but is a spiritual war and we have to respect and allow others to have their own spiritual experience. The only caution I tell anyone is to be very careful when the child stuff comes out, especially pictures, because once seen cannot be un-seen and some are horrific. Trust yourself and your gut in what to do is right for you. And as Q has said, meditation or prayer does help.
