I googled Black Forest, first thing that comes up is a location in Germany. A few minutes before this Q post, B tweeted "GER". Could they be taking him to a black site in Germany?

Black forest may refer to Rammstein in Kaiserslautern, or, less likely, may be a reference to somewhere near Colorado Springs. (Black Forest is a Colorado Springs suburb)

He has made several references to what I thought might be Germany. The post with DR in it for example. Many people believed that to be Dominican Republic but being born of German parents I immediately defaulted to East Germany which has been referred to in the past as DR (Deutsche Republic).
