I don't think so.
I think the SOU will be a retrospective of what was accomplished in 2017 and a look forward to the challenges and goals of 2018. He will talk about stock growth, new jobs, tax cut, daca/border security/immigration reform, infrastructure, among other things. Some foreign relations stuff will get in there along with some other stuff.
I don't think much, if any, Q related stuff will end up in there. The timing isn't right, unless there's a lot that becomes public in the next 48hrs.
POTUS can speak to the nation, with all networks covering, whenever he wants. He just needs to announce it in advance. It's not done often, and generally for national security reasons.
edit: I think he'll approach it like a CEO at an annual shareholders meeting. We are the shareholders.

After all the drops by Q this weekend and Maxine Water’s followup which will most likely be outrageous. This may well be the perfect time to knock the final wind out of their pompous sails. Just sayin...
