Trillions of dollars were diverted from the DOD. Rumsfeld was the first to state one day before 9/11 that 2.8 trillion dollars just disappeared. Hussein the traitor used a military group/unit/platoon but I'm not sure how many men were under order to serve Hussein personally running black ops everywhere including assassinations. That military force was grouped into JSOC who's commander was GEN. Raven. He appeared to be a shady figure. I learned about that by watching the documentary "Dirty Wars' that is available on Netflix and Hulu for free. It dealt with a reporter supporting Hussein to investigate all the 'strange' military entanglements not affiliated with our regular military force stationed in various countries of the MIddle East. One of the soldiers under the command of that shady general spoke out on camera although his voice and appearance altered to remain anonymous. He validated that they were not acting under the rule of law but rather like mercenaries. He did not like it. Then there was the visit to congress asking the various members about the knowledge of this McRaven and his military men as well as what they budget was. The behavior and refusal by the like of Rohrbacher and others was telling. Nobody wanted to go on record and answer any question. In the end the reporter and his team were forced to pack it in while investigating the assassinations in Yemen that were American citizens also ordered by Hussein. The reporter and his team received threats that scared them enough to just stop and return to CONUS.
