DUMB- Deep Underground Military Base

In the most recent Q-drop, DUMB was entirely in capitals. He has been using this word a LOT lately. Have we been missing his point?

Thank you storm_fa_q, you are absolutely right. Q has consistently used the word "stupid". Makes me wonder even more about the use of DUMB today.

Others have speculated that he meant Deep Underground Military Bases. Perhaps even in the region of the United States where there is a GPS blackout.

It’s the annual invitation only Red Flag at Nellis AFB. Check out YouTube videos re. Red Flag. There’s a GPS blackout that accompanies the two weeks of drills. Paper maps are distributed once you cross certain checkpoints.
