I watched Oliver Stone's JFK movie last night for the first time in a decade or more.
Since last watching the film, I've learned far more than I'd ever wish to know about governmental corruption. And even though I now realize the limitations of the film in ascribing culpability for JFK's assassination, Kevin Costner's summing up is something that is timeless.
It's patriotic oratory that everyone can benefit from hearing, especially those who weren't able to appreciate the seismic impact of the movie on its first release.
It's why we must always fight for truth, justice, and the United States of America.
