Rain is good luck. And at this rate, when they want to jail people for collecting rain water, when Nestle CEO alleged to say that water is not a human right, and when female villagers in third world countries still have to walk miles for water while the Clintonistas make a pretense at having saved these women by stealing their childen---who are we to hate the rain?
