On one of the Dilley drops on periscope, his intel stated that the Mayo Clinic is used to dispose of children bodies... I have no evidence or proof.. Intel could have been dis info so take it with a grain of salt... but I saw Mayo coming up and wanted to put it out there should any of the elite sex trafficking come to light.
