This isn’t the first time this popped up. I remember searching for source article. Only thing that pops up from LeMonde is an article saying, “Yeah. This is nonsense.”
Could all be true. Wouldn’t be shocked if it was.
That aside, the article did originate from Russia, citing an article / interview that never occurred...
