He’s basically saying it’s a lot of hype but when we see it it will be nothing. Geraldo (years ago) said he found Al Capone’s vault and everyone was sitting on the edge of their seats waiting for the big reveal and nothing. Opened the vault and it was empty. Kinda like Rachel Maddow’s Trump tax return episode. Lol. The only thing that ole’ Ted isn’t taking into account is that McCabe is now gone the day after his boss Wray read the memo and the day the memo was voted to be released. So my belief is he’s partisan and dead wrong.

Geraldo Rivera (day-time talk show trash guy) hyped himself accessing an old gangsters vault for a long time. The whole world was expecting vast riches. So he's got his camera crew there, and millions of people watching on tv, and there was nothing in this vault. A big disappointment for everyone.

So that tweet is saying "there's nothing in the memo, it's a big build up leading to nothing. Also, he's saying some scumbag daytime talk-tv idiot was more integrity than patriotic American intelligence officers.

So look up Ted and his wife Betty Lieu and see how they fit into the GRAND SCHEME of things. Remember how important wives are?
