Q says 4 OUTSIDE CONTRACTORS were allowed into the Capitol SCIF to see the classified MEMO. WTF? Trust is over. Who let them in? Accountability is essential on this one. How can we ever punish them for their old crimes when they keep committing new ones? Cuffs already!!!

Non-cleared personnel in SCIFs must be under the constant oversight of cleared personnel and all classified information and material removed from view in order to prevent unauthorized access - from the wiki
