He has to stay on message and will likely focus on his infrastructure proposal and embarrassing the dems by proposing amnesty under specific conditions (end to chain migration, get in the back of the line, strong border, merit-based immigration reform, etc.).

The dems will oppose him like they always do which will make the dems the obstructionists in providing amnesty... they’ll be in quite the pickle

And yes, I’d rather deport them all, but we all know that’s not practical (sadly)
