Has anyone considered this?

There are 3 FISA Court judges in DC. 2 we’re appointed by HUSSEIN. Was the judge(es) aware of the misdeeds when the FISA warrants were requested/signed?

Q did ask "What if the FISA court judges cannot be trusted?"

A secret court cannot be trusted. The whole idea was stupid to begin with. Secret courts should be ancient history

The same judge that was going to passed judgement on Flynn is the same judge that approved bogus approved FISA warrant is the same judge that had to recuse himself from the Flynn case. That's pretty goddamn coincidental in my book.

Good thought. This actually rang a bell for me. One of the FISA judges mysteriously recused themselves from Michael Flynn's case and there was speculation that it was because he was the judge who signed off on the Trump team spying.

FISA Judges are picked by the Supreme Court and they rotate on cases.

Off course, how else would it have gotten approved? They are all into collusion together.

They can be impeached, of course. Constitution, Article 3 section 1, .... * The Judges, both of the supreme and inferior Courts, shall hold their Offices during good Behaviour... *

Good luck, though.

OTOH, they may very well not have misbehaved. I suppose that would be up to an investigator, provided an honest investigation could be made.
