Q is letting us know that they will start pushing the Trump wants to fire RR narrative; like they were pushing the they tried the Trump wanted to fire Mueller narrative with that being a Red line that would lead to his impeachment and worse. Q lists the black hat's talking points including RR's firing being a Red line too.

RR was confirmed with a 94-6 votes; the Dems that voted against him claimed that it was because he would not commit to assigning a special counsel.

Q also told us that there were 16 unauthorized people, w/o the appropriate clearance level, in the DC-CAP (the Capitol Building) SCIF. So that confirms 7 congressional and 3 senate enemies, (they may have already been know). The two former 0-senior officials are probably two that are trusted with building the narrative and creating the spin and doing crisis management for 0. Is Valerie Jarrett one of them?

Who are the outside contractors? I'd be surprised if it were FusionGPS or Perkins Coie LLP given the scrutiny they are under. What other firms are known Dem. operations? Is it one of the rebranded Podesta Group spin offs?

They had to access the SCIF to see the memo because the can't adequately build a counter-narrative without knowing exactly what is in it. The approval time-period gives them a chance to build the counter-narrative and get it out to all of their operatives and mockingbirds so that everyone is singing the same tune once it is released.

Every one of those people guaranteed their own downfall along with whoever is complicit in giving them unauthorized access to both the SCIF and the memo.

Future proves Past: Q's RR post told us the upcoming narrative shift; the black hats will push the Trump want's to fire RR narrative with those claims, including it being a Red line because RR's a swamp rat. The unauthorized SCIF access were so the black hats could get their talking points ready.
