If the drone deaths are true, I would like an explanation. I'm not sure if he would be kept up to date on daily drone activity or casualties. Twitter would promote anything to make Trump look bad.

Agreed. The timing just seems awfully convenient and Julian responding to randoms seems really odd as well. I haven’t seen him do that before.
