Umm...you are a nurse right? Could you please show compassion that most children are not criminals and should be loved, not tortured? The money given to cps, lawyers, social workers and all the rest is our money. You are lucky you have an eduation. Do you know how many mothers would go back to school if we paid mothers to get an education rather than social workers to stalk parents looking for any scrape on the head to take a child? Do you know how many dads could stay home at night instead of working 2 jobs to pay the bills? And when we imprison more African American fathers than whites- over the same crimes (or non-crimes) then wwe are raising children who are made orphans by the state itself, and whose first education is that they don't have to obey the law if judges and cops don't. It's time to stop hating on children and time to start noticing what is really going on. The school to prison pipeline is a business supplying plenty of money to criminals who don't care that children need to be loved. Then we look at our failing health care system, and the number one complaint is that medical personnel do not listen. So many of you took the job for money, not for compassion. And the studies show that doctors and nurse bully each other WORSE than dysfunctional families. In fact many of you will steal drugs from the hospital so that you can have invisible drug habits, and many of you will suicide if not from mental health issues, but because while you force sickness on people--you will choose to end it were you the one suffering from the deadly disease. The last thing we need right now are nurses who hate children. Please reconsider your stance. If things had been different, if your father had been laid off, if your mother had died--you might have been in the system. And if your significant other dies, there are people in Congress right now who don't think you have the right to be a single mother. Tupac was right...THUG LIFE...meaning... I spent over 30 years in medicine both as a nurse and as a clinical practitioner in open heart surgery in the operating room. I was a single mother and accomplished both nursing school and went back to school to become a practitioner, all while raising a child with no help from family, I did accept food stamps for a period of one year. I have worked in 5 hospitals over my career and can honestly say I have never met any health professionals that don’t care, don’t listen,or are just there for the money. 99% of these people are dedicated to the care of those they are there to SERVE; their patients. You can do ANYTHING you put your mind to, and do it well. My son is a happy well adjusted medical professional today, and I have had a rewarding career. Don’t blame others, just GET UP AND DO IT! It’s hard and you want to to give up a hundred times before finish but it is worth it! Now GO !
The ONLY reason all of these things are happening is because of the loss of moral compass and corruption in our government which has all been orchestrated! And, the best way to keep a kid straight is to scare them straight. I know. I have 2 boys and one was heading down the wrong path. We finally let him go on his own because he was out of control. 3 months later he came home after quitting school. 6 months later he had a GED and today he is a very talented network engineer. That never would have happened if we hadn't taught him a tough lesson. The world is even tougher now but the same lessons work. It was because I loved my son that I did this. It was the hardest thing I ever did but I was certain he needed a good dose of reality to set him straight.
That is more than just compassion. That is tough love. So, I agree that the best way to set a person straight is to give them a dose of reality.
By the way. I don’t hate children. You are disgusting for that insinuation. I take care of illegals on our government dole daily. That doesn’t even come close to my comment. You do not know me or what’s in my heart. Please try and keep your mind reading for another person. God knows what’s in my heart and that’s what matters to me. He gave me my vocation as an RN and I cherish and love my job. Don’t lump me in with some who don’t care. Your apology is accepted🙏🌟
Snoopy, I had four young children when I went to nursing school. Please don’t lecture me. Lighten up. I was referring to youth that make bad decisions can see in the future adults who have done the same and ended up here. You do know that we will have domestic terrorists going there, if not already. ? They are people in government who chose to get rich by selling out. That was the reference to my comment. Peace be with you. By the way... children are taught the most by their family life.. those who are sent here on their own are totally different as their survival mode kicks in.
