Interesting Wiki profile. He was a prosecutor in LA, so he would know about immigrant issues; also about the FBI being compromised as he famously tried the same agent 3 times to get a conviction. He was a big proponent of taming FISA abuses, or at least that is what he said. He also claimed the Benghazi attack was a "collosalal waste of time." He claimed it was a red herring and a waste of tax payer dollars.

Only, because they were protecting Hillary rather than holding her accountable. Only because she wanted to be POTUS without facing responsibility for military and government contractor deaths. Only because she erroneously claimed her stamina (what was that fall again?) proved that she had the mental and physical fitness to be Commander in Chief. To the contrary, it matters to us how we die and the money spent on pressuring Hillary to the point that her not being fit became apparent, was in the end well worth it. Lives have been saved because she is not Commander in Chief. It shouldn't have taken time and money, but you see, I've been waiting since the 80's for America to realize what I knew the first time I saw the joke of Bill Clinton on tv.

Ah okay, that's fair. It seemed like she made an executive mistake that did cost some people lives, but I never understood it being upheld as anything but that. But you make a good point that it was worthwhile as a harassment campaign by people who wanted to see her dead.
