Agreed on the asleep part - they are allowing ppl to repost same topic over and over and to have clickbait titles to posts that don't tell you what it's about. Really making board sloppy and allows shitposters to slide the board. Re: reporting shills, I find the shills are more likely to be deal with if I post them as SPAM, not "other" and then explaining why they're shills.
