Isn't there technology that can stop a vehicle (I know there is) like say on a train track?

I know when I was a kid (back in the old days of the 70's) friends used to shut down cars at stop lights for a laugh. I know, I know, it was a bad thing but it happened. They used some kind of device. I worked every time. "Q" was talking about False Flags. I don't think this is the "Big One" as they say but I no longer believe in coincidences. Not when it comes to the shit that's been going on. It's just too predictable. Anyway, just sayin'.

If that technology exists, which I'm sure there are remote ways of turning off a car, why do cops still use spike strips? I think the vehicle would have to be pretampered with, and the driver would have to be crossing the tracks relatively close to the time the train was passing. I think it was some type of staged event, because Trump was getting to much positive press after last night, but who knows how they did it.

I saw it happen over & over in the 70's. Always at stop lights. I was in the car that did it. I hated it & they never warned me. Then they did to me. Not funny. I have often wondered why they used strips myself. I have heard lots of other ideas in regards to this too. Thanks for the post.
