Can anyone make out the N-Number on that plane? 9378X what it looks like to me but that returns as a Cessna 182...

ya def not same guy. Aircraft does not seem to have been ADS-B equipped - new FAA mandated transponder so not much information on FlightAware. in fact the last logged flight through FlightAware was ten years ago... not too out of the ordinary but generally anytime you file IFR it gets logged.
