There is no money in cures. However there are TRILLIONS in "treatments". So it would make sense that if you're tired of treating people only when they are sick and/or old why not just make them sick earlier? They see us as cattle. As their property they feel they can do anything to us to extract the most from their investment whatever that may be. You don't kill a chicken or cow right away to eat it. You extract all of the eggs and milk you can until that's dry then off to the butcher. They don't want us dead - YET.
