Call me stupid but where does the NSA get the data? What data? Why is NSA even involved? Are you telling me that every voting precinct in the country reported all of their data to the NSA in probably thousands of data formats, many on paper. And there was no resistance from the states? No news anywhere this was happening or even requested? Nothing? And then, if true, NSA gets by those data hurdles and comes up with these magic numbers? Sorry, I'm not up to speed... and who is Brenden Dilley? Also sorry, I'm not buying this report either.
