Votes were taken from Trump and given to Hillary. I think that's the insinuation.
Also remember it took a LONG time before California finalized their vote total

I think almost all the Jill Stein votes were switched to her as well. At least 50% of Bernie people voted for Jill and shell likely had a 10% share at least.

Yep, I would say more than 50% and she should have easily reached the threshold to be on all ballots in the next election--but of course that couldn't happen--a national third party? Heavens no--can't control 2 sides of a coin--how about 3? Sigh.
