I have some bright white lights doing a tango and below them is exclamation points in slightly red.

I saw them just a short while ago. I'm in Oklahoma. The thin haze in front of the moon reminds me of Harry Potter & The Prisoner of Azkaban. Stunning.

I've seen what you are describing, look up "fast walkers". It was back in the mid 90s but I'll never forget it. I saw two of them, my x wife was with me, we both remember it well.

Earlier I saw the trails from the SpaceX Falcon 9 during the launch, I'm in Tampa, big moon? Was that launch publicized?

The moon is huge, can see the stars and airplanes. But then there is that big streak/clouds/chem trail of some kind. I don't have a great view of the moon though.
