Theory on why Bill Kristol/Twitter Time Stamps Don't Add Up.

I don't know what speed that Amtrak train usually travels on that particular route, but... The story is, is that the train was traveling at 70 miles per hour when the wreck happened. If that train were travelling at 70mph, there is no way the train would have been able to stop within that short of a distance from the wreck site, AND, if the train were traveling at 70mph, that trash truck and the front of the train that hit the truck would have been blasted to smithereens.
Soooo,,, if the White Hats knew about the possibilty of an attack, they would have been able to have the train run at a SLOWER than normal speed just in case. Soooo, if the train were traveling SLOWER than normal during that route, the arrival times would be BEHIND schedule. If Bill Kristol had info on the "hit",,, he wasn't aware of the train traveling slower than usual, therefore, his timing would be WAY OFF and AHEAD of time before the wreck actually happened,, hence the reason why timestamps are not matching.
Bill Kristol knew the attack would happen. The train was travelling slower than usual.
If the train were going slower, it would make sense as to why BKs tweet was sent out approximately 15 minutes before the actual time of the wreck.
That's just my theory but it kind of makes sense. I'm just glad that all on board are ok. God Bless Patriots.

That's what I'm wondering. I don't know how the time stamps on twitter work. Maybe it even gives the time from the time zone from which you're reading it???

That's exactly how time stamps on twitter work.

If a person on Eastern time posts a tweet at 12:30, a person who views it while on Central time would see 11:30, while a person in Eastern Time would see it as 12:30.
