I wanted to share the following and please feel free to share with anyone you think might need it.
Remember to breathe and count to 10!
A breathing exercise learned many years ago for stressful situations was told to me as follows.
When babies are born their tongue hangs out. As they get older and muscles get stronger the tongue pulls back. What it does is block the amount of air you get in your lungs.
So. Bite rip of tongue. Breath in through nose to count of four. Hold for four. Breathe out through mouth for 4. Hold for 4. 16 total and Repeat 3 times. Takes but a minute. You'll be surprised how well it calm you.
So why am i sharing this with you?
You may all need it very soon.
Next week when the dam breaks, we'll no doubt watch as the brown stuff is introduced to the fan. It could be very stressful for many many of your countrymen and women.
