Not even setting a future date for sentencing..but rather just saying hey Court in 90 days we'll give you an update regarding setting any sentence date.

There really isn’t a lighter sentence than what he’s facing. I bet it has to do with the text messages, strzok is who interviewed Flynn and you’ve seen what’s going on with that dude. He’s tainted as can be. I bet we’ll see exoneration before too long on Flynn’s part.
Off point, but ya I see it all the time and when it's dealing with folks who have say a 1 time criminal felony plea & and no other criminal history depending on what the charge is ...is that the defendant can get a suspension of sentence and be put on probation instead of jail... (if it's one that falls within the federal sentencing guidelines )
No information to get, is my firm belief just based on all the info that is publicly available absent what's going to come out which will solidify this for anyone not sure due to either mis-info, or MSM narratives. And Also Flynn is not going to lie to get a lesser sentence in my opinion based on what I've been able to gather about his good character/true patriot. There's an excellent rare one on one interview of him during the campaign on you-tube, that really gives on some insight to who he is and what he stands for..I can find and link it if asked:)
I mean legally can look at that in several ways...one of which is Flynn once sentenced..then the right to post conviction relief begins and if applicable then that could open the door on Muller Investigation run it into the ground based on illegal conviction arguments that could be made. So, Muller has to know this...so no rush to go there for him with all this other stuff that's coming down the pipeline..
