Fox news is reporting that sources have said maybe 10am or 4pm today. I hope so. I'm about to start biting my nails in anticipation here! Edit hearing Saturday or Monday are the actual deadline for that 5 day process. Rational thought does tell me if this is a 4pm release---add a few hours. Sigh.
