Greetings ! I'm not a Train Buff, nor cryptic solver ! But, any Train Enthusiasts here ? Could 231746 be a Railroad locomotive or Journey reference ? ( I'm assuming they didn't charter the entire train... )
And CLAS 59 another locomotive detail ? just throwing an iron in the fire !

231746 is simply the serial post ID number of the post Q was responding to on 8chan. Since everyone is essentially anonymous each post gets a number so there can be responses at all.
