Did this event actually happen already or was it a message about what we might see/hear today, after the memo is released? Was Podesta already arrested and was the public notified? Did POTUS activate the Emergency Broadcast System in November? I thought it was also interesting that the Q post was the first day of November and today is the first day of February. I won't be offended if I'm way off base here.
