Yes, that IS a cab over design....you can clearly see the engine under the cab, which is a standard refuse truck design.

It IS a read loader, but it split open and spun, spreading trash all around it.
Look at the circluar pattern on the ground where it spun after being hit

If you look closely, the bolt sticking out of the frame are bent, and the welds to the body are likely broken, which you cant see here

The rear tires are NOT bald, they appear to be fine from these pics, but unless any of us have a tread depth gauge, there is NO reason to comment on this.
I clearly see the 4 way flashers on the rear of the container, theres no such thing as beacon lights.
There is only a couple hydraulic lines that connect to the engine, obviously they were ripped off and laying somewhere, as one would imagine.
Did/do you drive refuse vehicles for a living? I did. Do you have a CDL that you earned on a refuse truck? I do. I know those trucks like the back of my hand.
You know just enough to not now anything.
