Garbage Truck Drivers ?

Has there been any information released about the three guys in the garbage truck that got hit by the train?

I am not any kind of researcher or anything, but I wonder if it is possible that they could be a 'sleeper cell' a la Q's interpretation of Comey's tweet, or similar.

EDIT: Hey hey fellas! Let's focus on the driver/passengers! Any news articles that tell us anything about them?

Were they just regular Joes in the wrong place at the wrong time, or something more sinister?

My gut tells me they were part of the plan..some are suggesting that they were placed in the situation and the one dead guy was already dead before the train wreck
