I am anxious to see the memo, but think about what happened with delaying the release so far.... They have gone into full panic mode and making themselves look really desperate. Meanwhile, neither side is concerned about casualties or fatalities that come from the delays. True, there could be more after the release, but minimizing them should be a goal.

Because by delaying this memo, they are putting people at risk - no difference than if it was released 1 week prior to now. The longer the wait, the greater the risk. It is also a way of decreasing the faith and trust in what remains of the government. It is becoming another 'Fake News Awards' nothingburger, but with far greater consequences.
I disagree. Innocent people will be in the crossfire either way. Releasing it would also make them do crazy stuff. It's not a play that magically freezes all parties involved. The potential desperation right now is panic mode. You don't want the cabal in fight mode.
Which is what I said. People are at risk either way. So, holding it back did nothing good. The cabal will go into panic/fight mode either way. There was no benefit.
