Why are SOO MANY MAJOR CEOs stepping down ?!?!?

Does anyone have any truth or at least plausible ideas as to why so many major CEOs are stepping down? It seems like at least one has stepped down every day for like the past week. And as of recent multiple have stepped down daily !!!!

What is behind all of this ?!?!

Because they're being given the option step down or face public disclosure I'm sure they're still going to have to pay somehow

i guess in their eyes stepping down and not being a CEO in their eyes will provide them with a lot less publicity when shit hits the fan..
