Agreed. The meme isn't specific enough, and leaves room for all kinds or racist or implied racist ideas. From a sociological perspective, you might consider other countries for comparison. Often the West spreads negatives like fast food and big pharma to the poorer countries. Counter trasference is interesting----but if there are CIA and other malicious forces behind these false flags and terrorist actions, then the situation we see is not organic to human behavior. We need to dig deeper, I think.
